Osteopathy Services
Osteopathy is an allied health profession regulated by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). This manual therapy approach is founded on the philosophy that the body functions as an integrated unit of mind, body, and spirit, with an innate capacity for self-regulation through the interrelationship between structure and function.
My treatment plans are tailored to individual needs and may be delivered independently or in collaboration with medical professionals, allied health practitioners, or movement specialists.
Treatment Modalities
My comprehensive approach may include:
Ergonomic and Lifestyle Guidance — Addressing physical, social, and psychological factors that influence recovery
Customized Exercise Programs — Tailored movement plans to support rehabilitation
Joint Mechanics — Treatment of ligaments, tendons, muscles, and neural structures
Fascial Release — Techniques addressing connective tissue and muscular tension
Patient Education — Empowering you with knowledge about your condition and recovery

Appropriate Attire for Your Appointment
I recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing to facilitate movement assessment during your appointment. Examination may require partial disrobing to allow for proper assessment of movement patterns and tissue condition through direct palpation.
For optimal examination conditions, shorts and a sports bra (for women) are ideal. Clean examination gowns are available upon request.
Your comfort and dignity are paramount. Please communicate any concerns about examination procedures immediately.
Items to Bring to Your Appointment
Please bring any relevant test results or medical imaging to your consultation. Having these materials available significantly improves assessment efficiency and treatment planning.
If you experience pain or discomfort while wearing specific footwear, please bring these items to your appointment for assessment.
